1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your username, email address, password credentials in hashed form, subscription plan, and support communications. When you use Coiner, we may collect link destinations, campaign information, clicks, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, conversion events, earnings, cashout requests, and account activity.
Payment providers process card or wallet payment details. Coiner does not intend to store complete card numbers. For creator payouts, we may collect a PayPal email address or USDC wallet address and related transaction information.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts; operate links and post-payment redirects; attribute conversions; calculate subscriptions, fees, net revenue, and payouts; prevent fraud and abuse; provide customer support; improve Coiner; meet legal obligations; and send service, billing, security, or policy notices.
Coiner may use automated tools to summarize trends or flag unusual activity. Financial balances should be based on verified payment records, not generated solely by artificial intelligence. We do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate review.
3. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, attribution, performance, and analytics. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies. Browser controls may allow you to block cookies, although parts of Coiner may stop working correctly.
4. When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host Coiner, process payments, deliver email, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and provide support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or Coiner, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share payment or account information with creators except for the limited reporting needed to attribute and manage transactions.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, transaction records, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal or tax obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, or to withdraw consent and object to certain processing. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or law. You may submit a request to help@coiner.cc. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
7. International processing
Coiner and its providers may process information outside your province, state, or country. Those locations may have different privacy laws, and lawful authorities there may be able to access information.
8. Children
Coiner is not intended for anyone under 18 or the minimum legal age required to enter a binding agreement where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Third-party destinations
Coiner links may send you to websites operated by creators or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing information.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Coiner changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date, and provide additional notice where required. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to help@coiner.cc. Official Twitter and Discord links will be added once available.
