Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Coiner governing your access to coiner.cc, Coiner links, subscriptions, dashboards, and related services.

Please read this first.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by applicable law, payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using a Coiner link, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Coiner for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify help@coiner.cc of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require verification and may suspend accounts to protect Coiner or its users.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Coiner offers billing periods displayed at checkout. Before purchase, the checkout will show the price, trial period if any, billing frequency, and renewal terms. Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, your subscription automatically renews and your payment method is charged the then-disclosed recurring price and applicable taxes.

You may cancel future renewals through the available account or payment-provider controls, or by contacting help@coiner.cc. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse charges already incurred. Access normally continues through the paid period unless the account is terminated for misuse.

4. Final sale and refund policy

ALL PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. This includes unused time, partial billing periods, accidental purchases, failure to cancel before renewal, and changes of mind.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or legally refundable, contact help@coiner.cc promptly with the account email and transaction details. We may investigate and request reasonable verification. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising lawful rights with your payment provider.

5. Coiner links and destinations

Creators may choose a Coiner link and a destination shown after verified payment. You are solely responsible for ensuring your destination, content, claims, products, and promotions are accurate, lawful, safe, and consistent with third-party rules. Coiner may block or remove destinations that are deceptive, malicious, infringing, illegal, or harmful.

Coiner does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee third-party destinations or creator offerings. A payment confirmation redirect does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, or performance of the destination.

6. Earnings, fees, and cashouts

Dashboard figures may be estimated, delayed, adjusted, or displayed as sample data until connected to verified payment records. Eligible creator earnings are based on verified transactions after refunds, disputes, reversals, fraud, taxes, and other adjustments. Coiner currently retains a 10% platform fee from verified referral earnings. Cashouts require at least $100 in available eligible earnings and may be offered through PayPal or USDC.

We may delay, withhold, reverse, or offset earnings reasonably connected to fraud, chargebacks, violations, legal requirements, or calculation errors. You are responsible for payout details and taxes. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and Coiner is not responsible for funds sent to an address you supplied incorrectly.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Coiner for fraud, deceptive marketing, spam, unlawful goods or services, malware, phishing, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, exploitation, sanctions evasion, payment manipulation, artificial clicks or conversions, unauthorized data collection, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass security or payout controls. You may not misrepresent your relationship with Coiner or promise earnings or results that are not substantiated.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Coiner and its software, branding, and content are owned by Coiner or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Coiner the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and distribute it to operate the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

9. Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; change prices for future billing periods with legally required notice; or impose reasonable usage limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, or threats to the service. You may stop using Coiner at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ANY LEVEL OF EARNINGS, CONVERSION RESULTS, DATA ACCURACY BEFORE PAYMENT VERIFICATION, OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND DESTINATIONS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINER AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COINER IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold Coiner harmless from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, destinations, products, promotions, violation of these Terms, infringement, fraud, unlawful activity, or misuse of the service.

13. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to help@coiner.cc and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, except where urgent relief or applicable law makes that inappropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Coiner’s place of establishment, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Claims may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction.

14. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Coiner may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement about the service.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to help@coiner.cc. Official Twitter and Discord links will be added once available.
