This Policy explains how personal information is handled when you purchase or use Lilo Discord access.
1. Information processed
We may process your Discord username; selected pass, price, currency, purchase status and transaction identifiers; an email or billing detail Stripe shares; support messages; and basic technical and security logs. Stripe collects complete card details directly. Lilo and Coiner do not receive the complete card number.
2. How it is used
Information is used to process purchases, record and manage access, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, resolve payment disputes, enforce the Terms, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
3. Sharing
Information may be shared with Stripe for payment processing, Discord for access administration, service providers needed to host and secure the service, and authorities where legally required. Personal information is not sold or disclosed for third-party targeted advertising.
4. Retention and transfers
Access records are kept while needed for access, support, security, disputes, and enforcement. Transaction records are kept as required by accounting, tax, and payment laws, then deleted or anonymized when reasonably practical. Providers may process information outside your region using safeguards required by law.
5. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your information. Some records may be retained where required by law. Send requests to help@coiner.cc; reasonable identity or transaction verification may be required.
6. Security and changes
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. This Policy may be updated, with additional notice where legally required. Privacy questions may be sent to help@coiner.cc.
