Terms of access

These Terms govern your purchase and use of a Lilo access pass. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. “Lilo” means the operator providing the access pass.
1. One-time access passes
Lilo offers 7-day, 30-day, and Lifetime Discord access passes. Every pass is a single purchase: there is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Lifetime means no fixed expiry while the Lilo Discord service remains available; it does not promise that Lilo, Discord, or any particular feature will remain available forever.
2. Purchase and delivery
The price and currency are shown before payment. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms. You must use an authorized payment method and provide the correct Discord username. Time-limited access begins when payment is confirmed and access is made available. If payment succeeds but access is not delivered, contact help@coiner.cc with your receipt and Discord username.
3. Personal use
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share or resell invitations, provide access to another person, redistribute member materials, scrape the server, harass members, impersonate staff, disrupt the service, or use Lilo unlawfully.
4. Refunds
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases are final after access is made available. For a duplicate, unauthorized, or technically incorrect charge—or where you believe you have a legal cancellation right—contact help@coiner.cc promptly. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Suspension and availability
Lilo may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms or applicable community rules. Lilo relies on Stripe and Discord, whose outages, restrictions, and policy changes are outside its control. The service is provided subject to availability.
6. Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability relating to a pass will not exceed the amount paid for that pass, without excluding rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The version shown when you purchase governs that purchase. Questions may be sent to help@coiner.cc.
